Tarpon Springs is almost definitively the best band in Florida though. Why weren't they able to win FMBC state finals? Because they were too busy winning 4th place at the Bands of America Grand National Championships at Indianapolis, competing against bands twice their size. If they went to states, they would definitely be the class 5A champion every time, seeing as how they consistently win the Atlanta Super Regional every year, and place in the top 6 every time they go to Grand Nationals. (every other year) I kind of want them to go to states once every few years and destroy the competition, but that would be mean to Park Vista, since they also have a really good band.
