Florida just past New York and is the 3rd most populated state. The last thing we need is 4 people in a 1 bedroom apt.
I live alone in a 3 bedroom house, so I'm doing my part to cutdown on the overpopulation.

Is that because people are immigrating because of the good weather?

It's like the clown car concept but for housing. Apartments are supposed to be for low income, students. severely disabled or frail elderly people who cannot take care of a home, not families. Anyone who has a family living in a 1 bedroom apartment is not fit to produce children. Thankfully when the next financial collapse happens people will start leaving Florida again.

People assume since they make, say, $50,000 living in _______ city, that that'll be enough for them to move to warm Florida and not have to deal with winter weather anymore. Then they get here, and they find out their $50,000 a year job only pays $35,000 in Florida, but they don't want to go back now that they've committed, so they have to live with 9 other people in a 3 bedroom home. The fantasy isn't always a reality.
