How has Obamacare affected Florida?

Is there more choice of Insurance companies and Plans, the same or less?

What has happened with costs like premiums, deductibles?

What has happened in my case in NY, is that more Individual insurance companies and Plans are available to me. The premiums are lower (but still hardly what I would call "affordable") but I now have the bar of a deductible to hurdle before my co-pays take effect.
Seems like one tangled ball of yarn was replaced with another tangled ball of yarn by the "Affordable" Care Act.

I had Florida Blue in 2014, a bronze plan, that had a $6K deductible, basically useless unless I had a major life event like a heart attack. This year (2015) I had a wider selection of plans and companies, but ended up with a different Florida Blue plan, gold, that costs me $100 a month more, but has no deductible and a max out of pocket of $3000. It has a copay with each service up to the $3K, then pays 100%. Since this is year I'm planning on boob reduction ($8000), it made more sense to go with this plan.
