Easy there. Millionaires have feelings, too. We've been carrying the load for the inland poor folks for decades with our crazy high taxes. We expect payback if our property gets flooded.

Um, not poor folk at all here. Pay plenty in property taxes--at one point five figures a year. Fortunately it's slightly lower these days. Unfortunately property values are lower as well.

So what's the problem again? People don't like living on SAND DUNES anymore?

The Corps hasn't fixed anything they screwed up yet?

You want to do what, exactly? Make the state of Florida responsible to solve "climate change"?

So transparent.

And in another attempt to strongarm Scott we just HAPPENED to have the AARP come out and state Florida is no longer any good for seniors HAHA.

I might even take this more seriously if you just attempted to have a FACTUAL discussion about what's being SPENT and what you actually WANT to be spent. And what part of that spending is the FEDS commitment and what part is the STATE's.

NOT JUST playing word games trying to COERCE the PUBLIC into joining in with the climate panic nonsense.

It is hysterical to me, however, that ANYBODY gives any credence at ALL to the media. Especially the AP and NYT. The embarrassment of the nation. Oh sorry no....the propaganda wing of the Democrat Party.

OH and you got Amendment One passed. So have at it. More problems? Not enough mandatory spending yet?

What also never seems to occur to the left wing liberals is that their almost universal attempts to discredit, attack, or intimidate anyone who questions their claims or disagrees with their talking points does nothing to provide any proof of their claims. On the contrary, ad hominem attacks on others only makes those making the attacks look dumb.

Attacks may buy a little silence for those making the attacks. But it is foolish to confuse that silence with acquiescence.

Its not really about left wing talking points its about a global scientific community raising concerns from their scientific findings about the condition of the Earths atmosphere and by default the global climate.
