I agree with all who say it's really about age, and other factors where you are in your life. I was born and raised in Tampa, lived in the country in Dade City, lived in Lakeland, and twice now in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. They all suited me at various times in my life but I always knew when to move on to another area. I have never wanted to leave Florida, I love it here. Our last move will probably be to St. Pete, but I am content where I am, too.

I do agree with that. It does completely depend on your age and what your situation is. A few years ago, Florida was the last place you'd see me. But I've been back since January and have been loving it. I absolutely can't wait to move to Orlando for a few months. We will see how things go, while I could only be there for 2-3 years, I fully intend to settle down there and buy housing, etc. I really want to stay in Florida now.

My wife and I moved to the Tampa area from GA last August. So far, we're loving it. It's a wonderful spot.

Hello, I'm new to replying to messages so bare with me... my husband and I are contemplating moving to Dade City from Phx AZ, we learned about this city last year when we were out there visiting my mother in St. Peterburg. What are your opinions on Dade CIty? We are in our mid 30's and have 3 girls, a 7 year old and 4 year old twins.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!

Do you have a job offer here? Dade City is nice and small, and could work depending on where your job is.
