Who would have thought that Michigan would be #1 and Florida dead last? California even made it in top 10. I guess those bankrupt blue states have something going after all.

Idiot-writer alert. Only good item was the fact that one of the writers had actually visited the Parker Brothers Trail Dust Restaurant in Denton, TX. Actually is a great steak (but if you plan to visit it,it is moving its location).

Yep. FL is so terrible that nobody wants to live here or even take a vacation here.

Article again proves the point that just because something is printed on the internet, doesn't make it true or even remotely credible

Looks like the guy threw all the names in the hat and randomly picked them out. Michigan #1 and Florida #50? Yeah right.

"Seeing how we’ve already danced with state rankings involving food/drink and beer, we thought it was time to use the perfectly American cliche “go big or go home” and rank the states based on everything. More specifically, their contributions to America, so think inventions, food/drink, somewhat productive famous people, unique physical beauty, etc."

The only thing those authors were concerned about was alcohol and food. Almost every entry talks about food and/or drink and the top 4 are all about the alcohol in each state. The second sentence was just a smoke screen for what they really wanted to score- and that was booze.
