Like the title said are there any safe, affordable citys or towns in northern Florida? That a single mother with three kids could easily find a HOUSE (not apartment) for RENT, not sale. That has a house that is at least 1500 square, not from the 70's, and that the rent is no more then 900 dollars. (preferabley less) (unlikley however) If you have any specific information please post. If all you have to say is, "All places are nice in Florida," please don't post. Thank you.

Milton is a nice safe town that is convenient to Pensacola.
