Everyone I've known who's worked at Publix in an entry-level position was making between $8.50-$11/ hour.

Publix prides itself on providing a livable wage because they are employee owned. It must be another grocery store you are talking about.

Of course the ones with corporate positions are paid significantly higher.
I'm talking about the cashiers/baggers/cart boys. They don't make anything close to $15/hour. You can also look up their salaries online.

Lot crazy people give FLORIDA a bad name, Florida is def an interesting place to call home, its not for me but I love visiting the state. If you love it and can get a job in the state, go for it.
