I don't care for food that is like a piece of leather so I experienced a bagel and decided they are not for me. Give me a good ole chewable biscuit any day of the week. Nobody from the north has to worry about me wanting their bagel. Wonder if anyone has ever lost their teeth trying to eat a bagel?

I've always kind of found them to be overrated as well. I mean, they aren't bad but some people act like they are the greatest thing since sliced bread (no pun intended).

I agree. Plus they are so horrifically caloric there are many other things I would rather eat if I am going to consume that many calories! Keep those nasty, tough, too-chewy hockey pucks!
