Hello all...
Some friends as well as myself may be contemplating a relocation this coming fall. We were looking at the West Palm Beach area but aren't all that sure about where the best place to be looking into would be. Speaking for myself, job security is a major aspect. I am currently a "Technology Support Specialist" with just under a year experience and would love to remain in the same line of work. I am a high school graduate with a few college classes under my belt, however, I do not have a degree as of yet. My friends and myself would be looking to rent a 2/3 bedroom house or apartment hopefully for no more than $900 a month. Maine is a great place to live all except for an incredibly under stimulated economy and a lack of entertainment (other than the occasional cow tipping adventure
) which is why we are looking for a change of scenery. The information that I would be most interested in would be about how good the job market is, the likely hood of landing a stable solid 40hr/wk job, local cost of living... If anyone has any advice or information that they could give me, it would be greatly appreciated.
