I agree much worse places than Palm Coast. Opa Locka or Carroll City isnt on the list. Indiantown isnt on the list. Theres a lot of really crappy towns in FL, and many I thought of arent on the list.

Palm Coast still sucks though.

Wait until the "droves" settle in. Crime will skyrocket, the gangs already there will get richer with the increased demand for drugs. Traffic will get ridiculous.

Seems there is no true utopia in Florida. Everything is mixed in together no matter where you go. Every community seems to have a nice part and a 'hood.
