I heard somebody mention that some of their friends from Miami consider Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa too "cold". I assume this means in the winter. So, any fellow Miami or southern Florida folks, do you really consider central and northern Florida to be too "cold" for you, especially in winter?

We've lived in Northern Florida for the past 5-years after 27-years in Central Florida ... and yes , for us, Northern Florida gets cold in the winter.

You are looking at 30-40 degree weather differences in Miami compared to the panhandle during some days of the winter.
