Interested in ft Myers and a condo at sail Harbor. I've seen a lot of negative info on this site but nothing from recent years. Wondering if anyone could provide any info that is current.
Really appreciate any feedback you have.
Thank you

No matter what someone posts you always recommend Tallahassee. I like Tallahassee. But its not for everyone. If someone wants beach, palm trees and to never feel a day below 60 Tallahassee or if they specifically say they do not want to hear a Southern accent( however ignorant and bigoted that is), Tallahassee is not a good fit.

You should really be more specific on why Tallahassee is great and tailor it for the question asked. I am all for being a booster for the hometown. I live in Jacksonville area and I do really love it here( bad reputation and all) but I know it is not for everyone or it may be that somewhere else is a better fit.

The land is more expensive, Fort myers has flood insurance, job offers aren't very plentiful, etc etc.

Lots of places in FL I'd move to. Tallahassee isn't on the list.
