Amendment 1 on the Nov ballot is designed to look pro solar but in fact it is not. Funded by the power companies - Duke, Teco, Exxon, Progress and the Koch brothers.

It's not a great amendment by any means is basically a money ploy for Duke Energy, FPL etc..... that being said, it does bring up a valid argument. Should businesses and homeowners with solar panels pay for grid upkeep/maintenance?

Absolutely, vote NO on this one. Duke energy, who basically owns our governor, is a real snake in the grass utility.
