Palm Beach is my favorite during the season. World-class shopping and dining, mild winter weather, interesting, accomplished people, lots of cultural events and entertainment, and the beach.

Such a poll would only be useful if the poll respondents have seen or are otherwise familiar with all the choices. Otherwise it's just as subjective as this thread is (which is fine by me). I suppose if the word "best" were defined in a more precise manner such a poll might produce more discussion.
