Let's say that a Team Metro goon sneaks in your backyard and scares you, is it legal to shoot them? I know of someone whose wife likes to suntan in the nude, and having someone sneak in the yard would be most distressing. I have seen Team Metro act like peeping toms with a camera on a pole taking pictures of people's yards. Would it be legal to shoot out the camera?

IF memory serves, if she feels threatened she can shoot. She doesn't have to be on her own property, she would have even MORE weight on her side if she was in her backyard.

Of course you have to keep in mind that what would threaten her and what would threaten a healthy man are two different things. If a 12 year old wanders in your back yard then you can't really claim to be threatened by that.

We have had reports of a peeping tom in our neighborhood, I have gone in the backyard with my .38 and a spot light on more then one occasion when we have heard something and I have every intention to shoot should I feel threatened.
