My landlord just bought my rental from my first landlord, and had it inspected and decided to immediately sell the property. I found the listing online showing pictures of the interior of my home...IE: My children's bedroom, my valuables, and one picture shows half of my body and the living room one shows my children's names and their faces. Is this legal?

I'm not sure on the legality but I see it reasonable to contact your landlord with your concerns and that you want them to retake the photos and you will prepare your belongings accordingly or you can provide them with photos. If they refuse then you can tell them and thr listing agent you will seek legal advice, which could complicate the sale of the home. Start off by being respectful, before reverting to threats etc. If a renter wants to make the life hard of the landlord it's pretty easy especially when the landlord is trying to sell it. Most buyers are turned off when they see clutter.

When the landlord was snapping the pictures you had no objection? Did you think he was going to put them in his family album? You allowed a stranger to photograph your kids? Were they holding signs with their names on them? Sounds weird. Consult and attorney.

He took pictures of his property to sell it. Yes it is perfectly legal. Did you object when he was there taking the pictures? Sounds like you're just looking for something to be outraged about.
