Love it when an OP asks a question but doesn't stick around for the answer.

Nowhere in Tampa Bay resembles Boca.

Sarasota and Naples would be your closest representations of Boca.....more so Naples. To me tho, Boca feels like there's way more going on than Naples. I think with FAU, Lynn and Palm Beach state college there... it gives Boca a bit of younger vibe and also Boca being part of the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area makes Boca seem more busy and like "normal"....where as Naples is this lone island.... with old people everywhere and no other big cities around. Very pretty however, but I mean outside of the downtown and beach area there's nothing.

The biggest misconception about Boca Raton is that everyone is rich.....Boca has a ghetto, Boca has trailer parks, Boca has plenty of plain blue collar ranch style homes.

Love it when some moron posted a pic of a house in Portrichey that was worth 800k on here many years back trying to prove the area was nice when 98% of the homes were dumps worth under 30k. As i said anywhere there are coconut palms on the water in FL is like Boca raton. Just take a look at Danashores for starters.

Boca is known for being an affluent area w/ nice houses. But maybe she was looking for a trailer park in the metro Tampa area near the bank buildings or Amalie Arena.

A little clean up and renovation and that could be a VERY nice (albeit somewhat small) house.
