I left and am shacked up at a rest stop just outside of Pensecola. Every hotel is full everywhere so it looks like I'm sleeping in my car till tues.

I hope so too BucFan - wishing the best for you and all Floridians. I have a brother in St. Pete with a condo very close to the water. He's moved out of the condo (to a friend's home in a safer location) and is expecting to possibly lose it, but like you he was too late to actually leave the area.
