1/1 for $700 is def on the low side in Orlando, you’ll pretty much get a dump for that, I was renting out a room in my house for $750.

Definitely going to be on the dumpy side for $700 for any location. Orlando area is very spread out and includes several cities so it is important to know what area you will be spending most of your time before looking otherwise you will waste a lot of your time

The average one bedroom in the Orlando area rents in the $1000 range.

All things being equal, that is less likely. The more expensive apts are likely to have parking garages attached, door attendants, security etc.
