It’s like saying prison time doesnt deter people from beating thr crap out of other people lol.

If it were allowed there are some drivers I would love to drag out of their car and smack the crap out of them, but we have laws and when there is a punishment, most people tend to follow them especially if the punishment is a matter of fact.

I see the same driving habits every day...the ones that get tickets may get deterred from doing it again (a priori), but it hasn't stopped others who fill in the gaps, the parade of offenders and bad drivers here is constant.
