Seems like they always catch up to him though and delete their accounts. You know, the one with all the different member names. Always raves about the customer service like it's something special. What a maroon.

Customer Service in Miami is Non Existent for Publix....

(For mostly everybody else too, but that is not the question here where too many posters light candles daily to Saint Publix, like it's the last and BEST thing in the World)

I haven’t seen anyone do that. Maybe I missed a few posts. From what I’ve seen the general consensus here (my opinion included) is that it’s good for what it is: being a generic, large one-stop grocery store for mainstream items that generally does things better than its direct competitors. I agree that some of their stores are pretty bad, including the one downtown Orlando that I have no choice but to frequent due to its proximity to my office with nothing else around.

Now that I remember, I have been to a Publix in Miami Shores, which looks like it was at 9050 Biscayne Blvd, Miami Shores, FL 33138. I didn't notice anything different about it in a bad way compared to what I've seen in Orlando. I've also been to one in West Palm Beach. But I guess I can't judge a metro area by one store.

I went to Publix when visting my friends and was not overly impressed. They, however, love it and constantly rave about it.

I know I could care less about the "living conditions" of chickens that are going to be DEAD.

Not sure that's a bragging point, but ok...

Compared to other comparable stores (not specialty or high end stores) publix stands out in terms of customer service and cleanliness. Honestly if I compare going to the neighborhood walmart of publix across the street publix is a pleasure.
I have no stock in publix and have never worked for the company.
