I am interested in moving to Ocala next year. Been there, seen it, love it. Here's my thing: I'll be moving from Pinellas County and as many know, everything here is considered only after they see your credit history. Well, mine got ruined after a few health havocs that were unforeseen and financially not ready for. However, I am a very responsible person when it comes to paying rent and utilities on time, and other household bills. Seriously, no problem except for the credit history. What I would like: either a low rent 55+ community of villas/apartments, or a nice and clean manufactured home park with reasonable lot rent. I must state right here and now...do not contact me if the area you have in mind is populated by a bunch of 'joes' and their sixpacks. No sloppy scenes such as broken down cars, lawnmover, old sofas, or any sign of rif-raf. Only manicured lots with curb appeal. I'm sure you get the picture. Myself: non-smoker, non-drinker, no drugs, no undesirable people in my life. However, - I am a pleasant, neat person, good neighbor. Thanks for reading this.
