Lake City- 715.7
Miami Beach- 694.2
Daytona Beach- 617.9
Tallahassee- 559.7
Orlando-551.8
Homestead- 547.6
Clermont- 543.7
West Palm Beach- 517.4
Ocala- 485.7
Ft. Myers- 485.0

The bottom ten for crime:
Port St. Lucie- 103.9
Cape Coral- 119.8
Coral Springs- 131.2
Naples-139.6
Pembroke Pines- 157.7
Hialeah- 180.3
Tampa- 242.5
Fort Walton- 249.0
Vero Beach 266.8
Stuart- 280.2

Crime rate went down in 8 of them cities and held steady in 2 (Vero Beach and Ft. Walton).
This list doesn't seem legitimate. Florida City has a rate of 1,096.1 which is missing from your list, and Opa-Locka is also missing, which is around 897 I think.

Everything I've ever heard has said Florida City was the highest crime...
Which is kinda funny to me....because there's very little crime in the Redlands (rural Homestead and Florida City)
Everyone knows they are all armed........

It’s too spread out. Many homes have large agricultural areas. It’s just easier for thieves to rob the businesses and homes in homestead. Many homes in the Redland have cameras, not worth the trouble.

During the 23 years that I owned a home in Homestead, my house was broken into 3 times and attempted breakins, about 5 times. I had all my citrus stolen one winter, orchids ripped off my palm trees, plants dug out of the ground, people picked my lychees without my permission, etc. This was in the city, just a block from Krome Ave.

So a town with 10 people had one murder last year. Ten percent murder rate!!!!!

Like I said, it's misleading.
