Jollibee sells halo-halo

But there are a couple of independent stores that make them too and they are much better

I believe all the NYers in SoFla are fleeing the diversity including the asians, so that may be why.

But from what I understand there actually are plenty of asians in Florida. They are just spread out. They dont cluster in single towns or nabes, which I always found odd.

There is absolutely no shortage of Chinese restaurants in Florida or South Florida.

There are, and it's probably the largest concentration of Asians in the state, numbering over 30k at last estimate.

The simple reason why FL lacks Asians is proximity to Asia.

No, Orlando has a much larger Asian population than that, and has for quite some time. They are also about to land Florida's first Super H-Mart.

Doing the math, I get 79K as the 2019 estimate for Asians in Orange County, FL, and another 23K in Seminole County when you pull census numbers for that area.

why not ask an Asian?

Asian small minority in US in first place, second, most Asians immigrate legally and arrive on US west coast, not run across Mexico

I have disagree. There are tons of Asains in the northeast. More high paying tech jobs and more elite schools draw them there.
