Wait till the general election. I bet many of them are NPA like myself.

I've voted Republican up until 2016, voting dem down the ticket this cycle

You're right. They are waiting to see which party will give them the most handouts.

I hate this statement, because it implies the government gets money from each state. If they want to even out the per-capita amounts sent to DC implement a flat tax. The reason more money goes from NY and CA to Washington is due to our progressive tax laws. If the rates were higher the amount would be higher.

it's because the ballots in all counties weren't printed in SPANISH, and they are from PR, and don't KNOW the issues...or in most cases, the culture or politics either

They will vote "D" down the line because their leaders tell them to. They don't have to understand any of the issues.
