Obviously Miami, but I’m having a hard time deciding between Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville. I want an international feel and I know Miami can offer that. I love diversity and a sense of vibrancy and would like to know out of the other three cities which one can off me that the best.

Orlando for what you describe. By far. I find it to be a smaller version of Miami, sans the beach, but still with a pretty vibrant downtown area, along with very large tourist/attractions districts.

Orlando is one of the most popular cities to visit anywhere so my suggestion is Miami and Orlando without even thinking about it.Tampa has some good beaches and unique areas so its also worth visiting but Miami and Orlando are clearly the top two, with that said Orlando to Tampa is an easy 1 hour drive so you can easily go between the two if theres things that interest you in Tampa.Jacksonville is nothing special but it does have St.Augustine nearby which is definitely worth visiting.

I would pick one city on the Atlantic side such as Miami Ft Lauderdale, then a city on the west coast such as Tampa Bay-St Pete-Sarasota.

These two cities will provide two different but informative experiences.
Well if I go to the beach in Miami then I wouldn’t care about going to the beach near Tampa. Therefore I think elsewhere maybe Orlando or Jacksonville?

Definitely go to Orlando over Jacksonville.

Jacksonville is your typical medium size city found anywhere in the country. It's a fine place to live, but to visit... I don't know why anyone would visit it without friends or family living there.

Orlando is a very different vibe from Miami. It's the most visited city in the entire country. Besides theme parks and water parks, you can visit some of the beautiful natural springs to go swimming and/or kayaking. I like King's Landing a lot. Just google "King's Landing Orlando" you can rent kayaks from them. If you want to check out some theme parks and water parks. I would skip Disney as it's become busy year round. Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure has really good line management, so waits aren't bad. For water parks, I really love the new one called Volcano Bay, which is owned by Universal.
