Hello out there... back again.
There are Two Places I've Seriously Considered Relocating to - Jacksonville & St. Petersburg. Me: Apartment renter; desire senior housing development and will spend lots of time away, traveling.
So I am wondering, do people who live in the areas think it's worth relocating to either city, and why or why not.
One of my major considerations is access to great healthcare, and reasonable distances to food stores, retail shops all within a reasonable distance including public transit if things turn to where I would be unable to drive at some point, or have an accident that puts me out of being able to drive. Much else is not so important to me.
I hope this makes some sense. Anyone out there?

I think St Pete is probably the winner here as downtown St Pete offers a number of senior housing buildings and has the density to support grocery stores, shops and restaurants, along with walkability plus two major hospitals (Bayfront and St Anthony's) in very close proximity.
