I just finished lemon cookies. The house smells great and the cookies are tasty. Tomorrow, I make Cheater Cookies (Pillsbury ready-to-bakes).

Sunrico..
I started a new thread with your info. It's titled a Family Budget in Orlando...I based alot of it on what we currently pay because we are also a family of 4.

There are ways to cut it down more and of course many ways to expand it.

My Puerto Rican friends delivered some Coquito (eggnot) this is about 151 proof...WOW

Puerto Rican Egg Nog Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup white rum, or to taste
1 cup water
3 cinnamon sticks
4 egg yolks, well beaten
ground cinnamon for garnish

How to make Coquito

*
Combine all of the milks and the rum in a blender or a food processor. Set aside. Boil the water with the cinnamon sticks. Cool to room temperature. Discard the cinnamon sticks.
*
Combine all of the ingredients except the ground cinnamon and beat well in a blender or food processor in batches. Pour the eggnog into glass bottles and refrigerate until ready to use. To serve, transfer the eggnog to a punch bowl and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.

That Nog was 151 proof and had nightmares....About 30 friends showed up at the house at 11;30PM for a surprise X-mas party and the nog, ale, and spirits were all gone. We got done at 4AM... I love the X-mas season...
