Well, the planet is warming. That's an observable, undenialable fact. I'm going to guess you're not completely immune to facts, just "skeptical" that any observable facts are man-made. In fairness, though, I didn't see LKJ trot any of that out

When you say "freeze" do you mean scraping ice off your windshield, or put on pants and shoes??? Northerners and Floridians have different standards of "freeze." Temps below 32 Degrees happen intermediately north of SR 60, but only on occasion, and a few hours at night. We also have whats called a South Florida Freeze where we get a few hours of 40 degrees at night, then you wake up to falling Iguanas from the sky like snowflakes up north.

That happenned in probably the same Winter in St Petersburg....Only difference is that we saw it coming down, Live and in Color ....It was a a grandiose day in the Suncoast

From the Tampa Bay Times Archives:

Jan 19, 1977, the day it plummeted into the 30s across the Suncoast and dipped into single digits in the Panhandle. The cold front dropped a whopping 2 inches of snow, 2 inches more than Florida's average.

You have to also consider that Florida is a LOT more developed now than it was 30 ago. There's a lot more concrete and asphalt now to absorb heat all day and release it all night. It's turning into a giant urban heat island.
