I do not have the knowledge of what transpired in China that started this virus fiasco, so I do not know.
I think it is good idea that we look at all possiblities without automatically discounting other view points.
However, if one does argue for either side, they should present credible evidence.
But right now, that is not possible at our paygrade.

Tomorrow will be a sunnier day than today in the SUSHINE STATE!

<< the early findings indicate that between 48,000 and 81,000 residents in Santa Clara County were infected as of April 1, back when the official count was 956. The estimate is based on 3,330 blood samples that were taken from volunteers in Mountain View, Los Gatos and San Jose on April 3 and April 4 and tested for antibodies to SARS-CoV-2.

When adjusted for Santa Clara County's population and demographics, the number of positive results suggests that between 2.49% and 4.16% of the county's 1.93 million residents have had COVID-19.
The study's results "represent the first large-scale community-based prevalence study in a major U.S. county completed during a rapidly changing pandemic, and with newly available test kits," the authors wrote. Survey of blood samples suggests between 2.49% and 4.16% of county residents may have coronavirus antibodies.>>

This study, to the extent it is representative of much of the U.S. outside of hard-hit areas such as New York City, suggests that the nation is far from reaching herd immunity and that carelessly relaxing social distancing policies could rapidly result in a spike in hospitalizations and ultimately deaths.
A USC study of Los Angeles County residents also finds less than 5 percent of the population has tested positive for COVID-19 antibodies. This article suggests that both the Los Angeles and Santa Clara research projects actually may overstate the prevalence of COVID-19 antibodies due to false positives in the underlying test kit used in both studies.

<<Statistician John Cherian of D. E. Shaw Research, a computational biochemistry company, made his own calculations given the test’s sensitivity and specificity — and conservatively estimated the proportion of truly positive people in the Stanford study to range from 0.2 percent to 2.4 percent of the Santa Clara population. Adjusting for demographics, Cherian’s calculations suggest that county prevalence could plausibly be under 1 percent....

And remember: 4 percent or 5 percent is the high-end estimate. The true prevalence of COVID-19 is probably lower. So even in a world where current testing is only detecting one in 50 or infections, the United States is nowhere near herd immunity.>>

All of what you just said is hearsay/opinion .... not factual. Nobody really knows the truth so stop spreading lies and drama when you really have no proof unless you were there in the lab in China and saw what exactly what happened with your own eyes.

Wait, I just got a text. The virus was created when some gay frogs were cooked for Kim jongun in China. Rumor has it he spread it and now is fighting for his life

Or maybe there’s billions of viruses in nature that will eventually make it to human populations. I don’t know what’s more credible...
Frivolous jokes while millions are dying, and millions more will die !!!!

My leaders? Stop casting stones from Colombia, Cuba or some other corrupt country. How is your leader Bolsonaro handling the situation? Nice try hating on the United States when you are thousands of miles away in some corrupt and trashy third world country .... Nice try.

This is the way the planet deals with over crowding. Much worse will come as there are too many peeps as it is.

Not sure if Party boats will ever make it after this. If they can't take 30 or more peeps fishing they are done.
