We are worse off than when the lockdowns began I always wear masks when I'm in businesses, but I'm seeing so few doing it now. If I had my way no mask no service. Are you listening Walmart. I had my hair cut about a week after Barbers could open. The Barber didn't wear a mask, and was opened before reopenings were allowed. Or so he said. So there is some of the problem right there. People feel they are above all the precautions. I bet if time was spent with people that don't take this seriously. Well I think many of these thoughtless people have many things in common. Including who they vote for or don't vote at all.

The Governor's of NY, NJ and CT are restricting travel into their states because of the high numbers now. Most of the states are in the Sunbelt states including FL. No surprise there. I don't blame these Govs at all.

Mark my words FL had better get their damn act together this week, or we are going to see what tragedy really feels like in the coming weeks.
Rate of infected is going up due to far more testing being done. However the death rate is going down a lot so the numbers are not saying the virus is increasing as many have had it for a long time and never knew it. Are more getting it? Yes as they go out in groups, partying etc, but deaths are dropping.

Looks like TX is pausing their reopening plans because of the uptick of numbers and hospitalizations of this virus. I wonder if FL will eventually do the same?

If Florida is still combining viral and antibody tests..that would explain every bit of it

Keep trying to spin it however you feel like will soothe you best. It won't have any impact on the virus, but at least you can feel better for a bit on the internet.

News is reporting new cases are younger and less sick....

"far more beds available than beds filled with COVID patients"
" The patients are younger and not as severely ill"
"fewer elderly patients and residents of nursing homes than he did in April, and not as many are intensive-care admissions."
"spreading more widely in Miami-Dade as businesses reopen and people return to work."
". Many of the younger patients admitted in the past week to Miami-Dade’s public hospital, Jackson Health System, were obese, which suggests diabetes or other underlying health conditions."
"highest in some of the county’s lower-income communities of Allapattah, Little Havana and Homestead"

...and lots more here > https://www.flkeysnews.com/news/stat...243735897.html

This is untrue. In fact, the opposite is true. And I'm seeing almost 9000 new cases being reported today. This is exploding in a spectacular fashion. Masks y'all.
