I am pretty set with the Jacksonville area and close proximity to coastal towns. Seems to offer a bit of everything I am looking for. Thank you for all your help. If any of you are in that area and have schools you recommend let me know. I have an Elementary and a Middle Schooler

there's a Jax subforum, might want to post a question there - lots to do there - I spend time there frequently - really like the area.

Jupiter is way out of your price range. You would need about $3000 a month to rent a single family home there.

FWIW, voting was pretty much split down the middle in Florida voting wise so you aren't going to find any areas that are one way or the other.
