Congrats on your marriage!

Most folks won't care when a mall opens. Malls are dying because folks don't go to them anymore.

If COVID-19 doesn’t change anything, Simon will own virtually all of the malls in Orlando by taking The Mall at Millennia.

Simon also currently owns the two large Premium Outlets centers.

Not all malls are struggling.

Florida will start to reopen May 4, but for now Miami-Dade and two other counties won't be included.

They are Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, which account for about 6.2 million of Florida's residents, according to US Census data.

We can wait, I rather be late to the party, than DEAD --- Here in SE Florida !!!!

UPDATE:

Simon terminates plan to purchase Taubman due to coronavirus, which includes Orlando’s Mall at Millenia. However, Taubman plans to fight the reversal.
