He just isn't very good at his job. That's ok if you surround yourself with people who are good but he doesn't do that either. Florida does have some very smart people and he isn't using the resources in his own backyard. He should not be looking to DC for any guidance as they are super incompetent and have their own agenda. He could/should be doing so much more.

You mean Federal agents acting on warrants in the same style they've used for some time now? Please.

Prior to Covid, he was universally loved by both R's & D's. He was helping the economy grow, funding schools and teachers pay, and enacting sweeping environmental policies. Do you not remember this? Or do you allow your partisanship to cloud your memory?

Desantis isn't a Dr. He also knew he couldn't keep the state closed. Death rates are still ultra low and the rate of exposure is in line with the rates of increased testing. This isn't unexpected. No living governor has dealt with this. He's doing as good a job as any of the other govs, without trampling on peoples rights or destroying the economy.

The rubber has met the road and we see the the results. Or at least I do. Clearly you are happy with his performance. I may have a higher standard. Just sayin. Talk to me in 6 weeks.

problem is the doctors and scientists have been and are all over the map with this...

..getting advice from them is like playing Russian roulette

which ones are right changes with the wind

..and every one of them claim they were right....way after the fact

That's why he gets paid the big bucks. Pick the few who you think are the smartest, sit in on their debate and ask questions. Is it better to talk to no one? You know there is always an excuse to do nothing and take the easy way out.
