Hi all,

I will also post in the Tampa Bay Area
for suggestions, but since we are strictly
looking for Tampa Bay I thought I’d try here.

We are looking to buy SFH but as my long term
homework done here advised we should rent first. Plus,
the housing market is Seller’s Market now with
very low inventory so we need to make sure we are
not rushing.

However, the dilemma now is we are not looking
to rent the Snowbirds vacation houses (we will have our own
furniture.) ; nor are we planning to rent for a typical one year lease.

Are there websites you can direct me to find (preferably)
unfurnished single family houses for short term rental for
, say, 2-4 months? I figured it might be a tall order, but
knowing the existence of Snowbirds, there might be some
out there that will meet what we are looking for.

Any suggestions are great, thank you!
