I bought one several years ago, it went in my garage and NEVER used it, sat there covered easily 7 yrs....3 yrs ago I sold it to one of my neighbors for 20% of the price I paid.

When I heard the noise they made and the pollution that they SPEW, That turned me off immediately.

Never kept gas in the garage either, all my garden tools are electric, including the lawnmower.

Oh and just 4 days to go now.

Most Floridians I know that have lived here 50+ years don't leave for the Hurricane's unless they are cat 4 or 5 & headed right for them.

That's my plan too.

I bought in an area where all the power lines are underground, & an electric company exec said its nearly impossible for us to lose power.

I'll likely wing it again next year w/o all the storm garb. I'll just stock up on food, & water & hope for the best.

Nothing beats a goat.
Fairly quiet, environmentally friendly and a great source of fertilizer.
