Not sure how many ways, and how many times, it has to be explained:

The vast majority of minimum wage jobs are NOT full time, and come with NO benefits at all. Benefits for part time work are OPTIONAL on the part of the employer, and not required.

Nothing like an exasperated person telling me who I should hire, how much I should pay him, and how much I should be taxed for doing so -to make me love CDF posts on American civil rights

Then just buy robots and employ only family who will work for free. When that robot breaks down you can pay a repair guy... he makes more than 15 per hour. Hope your family have no goals and aspirations about anything besides making you money.

Also, if all those people you -would- hire, aren't hired, and no one else hires them because the employers get that attitude that they don't owe society a darned thing...

Then they won't have any customers. Because who do you think is buying those cheeseburgers and a small fry? This is who: the cashier at the grocery store who works for minimum wage. Do you know who buys those cheaper Hanes for Hers socks at Big Lots discount store? The stock clerk at Party City, who works for minimum wage and needs comfortable breathable black socks as part of her uniform for 8 hours a day, 3 days a week.

Guess I was lucky to work for a small business owner who didnt wrap himself in victimhood and take out policy changes on his employees. It's nice to work for adults.

If you know everything and so above me why are you wasting your time trying to talk down to me??? Because I called BS on your lie and you cant walk it back.Just another snowflake who talked himself into a corner, but go on.
Talked in to corner? No, you are the one just hurling insults and nonsense... unoriginal nonsense, at that. Absolutely nothing of substance. You clearly haven't been able to overcome my last comment, since you just wrote so much garbage about how I should dox myself online or something...

You are clearly a liar, too, since you won't share all of your personal information. So, there....

By the way, just opened my renewal today, another 18% increase. Yay Obamacare! How I would be expected to cover these increases for 20+ employees year after year? No idea. But apparently, you have all the answers... Though you haven't been able to articulate them. Of course, you are posting what you THINK is the way things work, but you refuse to accept information about how things ACTUALLY work. People like you are common on the internet, naturally. You post as some sort of fake expert based on your internal feelings and thoughts, but not reality.

Noisy over there at the kids table today.

I'm so sorry for your 180%... I mean 18% increase (see what I did right there). I suggest you shop around because my plan stayed the same the last 2 years, however, I dont suffer from ACA PTSD, but thanks to Obamacare they cant deny you coverage on that preexisting condition.

Fun Fact: Smart people save money and get better coverage by getting quotes and evaluate plans rather than sign and cry... but you already know that because you know how things ACTUALLY work. Warning, that may cut into your internet rampage time though.

But go on about the plight being a pretend business owner. I'm sure one of your imaginary employees can spot you a few bucks since the Big Bad Government is taking all your money. You can also start a Go Fund Me, I'll send you a dollar.

A $15 min wage means more companies will automate production lines, even Amazon has automatic robots that can pick products.

Fast food restaurants are a silly wasteful modern fad, they didn't exist like this a few decades ago, most everyone prepared their own meals at home and knew what went into them.
You have places like McDonalds who pre-cook burgers and after a set number of minutes on the hot plate- if they are not sold, they are THROWN AWAY, it's all an insane massive waste and hopefully the $15 will be the end of fast food and it's waste as more people start making their own food, sandwiches and bagged lunches etc

I worked years ago at Pizza Hut, we had to prepare the dough and line the pans with the dough and oil and put them in the proofer to rise, whatever was not used that day had to be discarded, I remember throwing out entire garbage cans full of perfectly good dough and the oil from the pans.

"What does Mc Donalds do with its waste food? They throw it away.
Sad, I know.
If you're at the drive-thru window and you decide you want Coca-Cola instead of Root Beer, I have to dump out your Root Beer, cup, and straw; and completely pour you a new beverage, new cup and all.
If you order a Big-Mac with cheese, pickles, and ketchup; and then switch your order to no ketchup .. if we already put some on, then we have to throw the entire burger away.
If we make four apple pie pastries and only 2 are sold within a certain time frame, we have to toss the other 2 out because they are no longer fit to sell.
Ordered a large milkshake and decided to change your mind and get a medium? We throw out the large.
Heck, if you think that's bad .. Tim Horton's throws away their entire stock twice a day because we're only allowed to have our donuts on display for 4-6 hours before they are deemed 'unsuitable'. Dozens. Thrown out. Every. Single. Day. The 7 or 9 hour night shift I worked baking 8-dozen donuts and 4-dozen muffins? Got to throw half of that away by lunch time, usually. Feels pretty bad."

According to the pew research;

The average fast food restaurant generates 200,000 pounds of food waste per year (Statistic Brain, 2013). Multiply 200,000 pounds by 160,000 and that is 32 billion pounds of food waste generated in American fast food restaurants alone.

Thanks for all that. Could really go for something off the $10 dollar menu now.

+1......... I also find him to post factually credible things, rarely do I disagree with his posts based on facts presented.
