I also think St. Augustine and St. Johns County would be great. Slightly cooler winters with a touch of seasonal change to break up the relentless heat and humidity. Mayo Clinic and UF Shands are 2 of the best hospitals in the state in Jacksonville.

I like Sarasota a lot too. I don't think you can go wrong with either. Take a trip and see what fits the best.

Cape Coral is a nice place to live. One of the safest cities in Florida and far cheaper than Naples. Much younger overall population, too.
