My neighbors (2) from NorCal have their homes on the market and are going back to the Bay Area due to weather, jobs requiring them being back in office, and they also complained about public school quality and lack of routes at TPA and bugs.

So she is parking an RV in her parents' driveway and going to live in it with her two kids. The national affordability crisis strikes again. When you have middle class Americans with stable good jobs turning to RVs for permanent housing, you have a serious problem.

Cali's cost of living is much higher than FLA's, and any sane person knows it. Not even close.

Are there isloated zip codes in FLA that are higher than some Cali Zips codes...sure.

I picked a City in each state with equivalent populations. You initially tried to compare Lakeland with Stockton which has 3 times as many people as Lakeland. Then you decide to compare Lakeland with Fresno which has 5 times as many people. I merely listed two cities neither of which are major metro areas in each state with similar populations; Tampa and Fresno but you don't like the results so you are here whining?
