Does anyone have an opinion on Silver Springs Shores or Inverness areas?

Inverness is an actual city with a downtown and gridded streets. Silver Springs Shores is just a formless blob of a housing tract out in the middle of nowhere.

Hey Mike,

I'm a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in St. Augustine and am happy to help you with your home search in FL! We moved out here last year from California and love it. St. Augustine is a special place (oldest city in the US!) Rich in history, amazing restaurants, a charming downtown, and right by the beach. Feel free to send me a message!

I'd suggest Brevard or Indian River Counties. Beaches and fishing at hand, less crowded, and reasonably affordable.
