Toll Bros. is an excellent builder. I have friends up north who went with them and their entire punch list was on one tiny post-it. I was quite impressed.

thanks for your help. I guess we are going with Toll Brothers. Hopefully the house will be there for a long time and destroyed by hurricane......

I checked out several Toll Bros homes in central florida. They were all made extremely well, I found the sales staff to be very friendly and helpful and I really came close to buying one of their homes. I ultimately decided I didn't want to spend as much money as they wanted for their homes since I found better deals on inventory homes with another builder. However, I would definitely recommend going with one of their homes if you can afford it.

I live in a Toll Brothers home. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The house is built well. Dealing with them during construction was good too. I am thinking of moving out of state but I want to keep the house because we love it so much.

Sounds like Toll Brothers have a good reputation. We are moving out of Southern Georgia to Estero, south of Fort Myers. Hope we can have a good experience with them too. Thanks for all your input.

We are currently looking to build a Toll Brothers home in Estero, Florida. They have offered us a Coordinated Settlement Program that states they will refund all deposit monies if my house in NJ is not sold in 180 days. Has anyone ever heard of this or do you have any advise?
