Hello I am currently living in Memphis, Tn Been here all my life, ( going on 30 now) and I am ready to get out. I am looking for somewhere that is close to the beach i.e. not in the middle of the 2, preferably northwestern fl. I need a place with a cost of living I can afford and somewhere that isn't crime ridden. Where should I look. BTW I have a computer/ tech support and HVAC / Appliance parts/sales background. I've heard a lot about sunshine pay and high cost of living... but I'm not sure how that works w/o lots of crime. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks Jon

Find a job in a decent size city like Pensacola or Panama city to work in and live in the country with a short commute to work and the beach.
