Cool Florida Photos Cocoa Beach

I've always enjoyed the photos in this forum. Here are some photos taken at Cocoa Beach on the space coast.

Paradise on the coast of Florida has a down side.

Hurricane Charlie in Port Charlotte.

The eye of Charlie missed us in Englewood by about 15 miles.
We were originally in the bulls eye but Charlie decided to turn inland.

So you saved this photo from 5 years ago? How many hurricanes since 2004? 1 or 2?

Here in the midwest we get ice storms, tornadoes, freezing rain and have no power many days every year, did you hear about the midwest Floods of 2008? 2005? 2002? 1998? 1995? 1993? How about the tornadoes we get every year? How about those poor people who live in Kansas, Oklahoma etc who get them month after month.

The thread is preserving the beauty, not posting silly pictures of something that happens once in 5 years to scare people.

I think I will take my chances with the hurricanes that come once in many years.

If your picture was intended to scare people like me from moving to Florida it did not work!!!

I don't like Auto Zone anyway. Just more crappy Japan imports that is killing Americans jobs.

Many midwest towns get this almost ever year, not every 4-5 years.

Default Sunday Drive...

Snapped this one from the car! This little guy was just strolling the back roads, just east of Lady Lake.
