Hi there
My husband has gotten a job offer in Gainesville. I was wondering what areas are winthin 30 mins, maybe even 45 mins drive to and from.
We have 2 kids in elementary schools and good schools would be first on my list. Next would be neighborhood. We love where we are now and would hate to do this move and regret it because of bad schools and neighborhood. I love the schools and area we are in and would hate to make the biggest mistake just for more money.

Please if anyone can give me info on location on schools and homes within 200,000-299,000 range within a 30-45 min ride from Gainsville I would be so greatful. I don't think we would want to be in Gainvilles itself, but on the outter parts south-east or west of Gainsville would be fine. We don't want to go north of Gainesville because we have family in Orlando and Port St Lucie areas and would want to minimize the traveling when we or they come to visit.
