I`ll check it out.I was born and raised here.I was renting and have lived at the same house in Wilton Manors for 13 years. My landlord was begging me to buy it for 78k.Now it`s worth 400k.If my foot could reach my butt I would physically be kicking myself in the butt EVERY DAY but as it stands I do it mentally every day but...this does not help me get the house. Now my neighborhood is a gayborhood and it is AWESOME!!!I wish I has bought this place.Wilton Manors rocks so hard and is so nice now.

Affordable is defined by each one of us, based on financial position, location and type housing.

In northwest Florida $200K get's you a nice home, new, and a bit of land.
