A HEPA filter is used in air purification like in vacuums to remove the dirt and dust particles.

Maybe this:
Atlanta has the most unbelievable pollen counts in the spring! My allergies were bonkers when I lived there.
The pollen would literally coat your car like a very thin layer of green ice for 6 weeks!

Thanks for the replies. I was not aware that Atlanta was high on the poor air quality list.

To achieve happiness, it's necessary to become non-location-centric.

Atlanta has bad traffic--it might be okay but you should live within 8 miles of work. It still has a lot of the hot weather that you hate, though.

California is nice. But I would not move anywhere in California unless you can get a job lined up that pays close to 100K. LA and San Francisco are the #1 and #2 worst places for traffic in the nation.

While southern coastal California has some nice weather, it is HOT AS BLAZES inland, and also almost every year there are horrific wildfires because it is too dry there. I think Central and Northern (coastal) California has better weather. Not better enough for me to move there, however, it's way too expensive, and no, the jobs do NOT pay comparatively more to compensate for cost of living, we checked on that years ago, for my husband's field it was comparable to Florida. And we like living in something bigger than a shoebox which costs a half mil in those major California cities.

No, not in SE Florida anyway.

NOTHING I've seen or lived through (11 years in NY/NJ too) compares to Atlanta springtimes, not even close for MY allergies. Not even Gainesville, which is smack dab in the middle of Florida.

My worst allergies ever were in Lake Wales, FL.. I lived on a property full of elms, that was the worst month of my life. Glad I didn't work there at that complex for long...

Yes, well...... You should try to just "experience" your allergies and not be so negative about them....
