Both of you stop this
this is a happy post
Didn't your Mom teach you that sometimes "if you don't have anything nice to say.. say nothing"
everyone knows how you feel about central and south florida
Why do you feel it necessary to "derail" every post with these comments

Karla

You make me smile, Karla. Good for you. We were almost in the same situation. We were missing our grandkids up north, we were stressing out about the R.E. market, we just plain were not enjoying our life here in Florida. Then we made the decision to live for the moment and suddenly I don't care about the R.E. market, and I'm loving my life in sunny Florida. I feel like a giant monkey has been thrown from my back. Florida has so much to offer. Enjoy!

Good for you Karla. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise. Those who are not happy here and who make it their life's mission to complain about everything, will do the same anywhere else.
