Hi, Can anyone tell me what the HOA fees at Citrus Springs are?
How is the area as a whole?
Can anyone tell us why so many homes are up for sale in this community?
Any general info would be appreciated.. Thanks!

Default hoa fee's - Citrus Springs

If you are referring to CS in Vero I pay about $190.00 per month. Not sure why so many may be for sale; could be many are within the newest development just being built. It could be that there is just alot of real estate for sale all over Florida.
