By the year 2060, you will see a largely urbanized state. By 2060, all land along I-75 and I-4 are expected to be build out. Hillsborough, Orange, Pinellas, Manatee, Lee, Charlotte, Duval, Brevard, Indian River, and Collier counties are expected to exceed all their vacant land, with sprawl overspilling into surrounding counties. Tampa Area is gonna explode and so is Orlando Area. Central Florida is expected to have 15 million people and Southwest and Southeast are expected to have 21 million people.

Oh come on. They can't predict this. There could be huge hurricanes from 2007-2010 and lots of people could leave. Or it could happen in 2036. Who knows? Who cares?

How can that be? Posters here have assured us that more people are leaving Florida than are moving into Florida. They got that information from a moving company so it must be accurate.

When nonindigenious animals invade land we capture them and relocate them to where they belong. What do you do in this case ? I would suggest buying all the utility stocks you can get your hands on. Can sales be that bad ?
